 Customer Support Executive - Mumbai (All)

Job Description

  1. Selected candidates will be performing the role of Seller/Partner Support Associate for client. This includes addressing queries/concerns, errors, exceptions and alarms of Client Partners over E-mail and occasionally over phone calls.
  2. The candidate would handle tickets and cases related (but not limited) to Pricing issues, seller suspensions, late shipment issues, etc.
  3. Chat (via chat screen, email, CRM) with client to find resolution for complex issue or to escalate an issue.
  4. Understand the complete eco system and apply the SOP accordingly and bounce back if there are any discrepancy in following the SOP.
  5. Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using clients knowledge base resources, policies and procedures and make decision specific to the case to resolve them.
  6. Should be willing to work in Indian & US shifts and Indian holidays (as and when requested by client/Team management)
  7. Works with multiple technology applications and featured tools to resolve Seller/Partner issues.
  8. Work in excel. Maintain trackers and prepare EOD report.
  9. Should have decent typing speed, quick navigation between windows and documents.
