Role & responsibilities

  • Manage Day-To-Day Activities Of The Team And Ensure Compliance To Procedures And Policy Guidelines
  • Encourage And Motivate Team To Meet Organizational Goals
  • Develop Team Skill Sets And Manage Personal Development Goals For The Team
  • Proactively Updates On New Procedure
  • Responsible For Staff Retention Within The Team
  • Presents Detailed Information And Responds To Questions From Managers, Clients And Customers
  • Responsible For Maintaining Discipline / Absenteeism Of Team On The Floor
  • Responsible For Feedback And Coaching
  • Good MS Office Knowledge
  • Work Closely With The Teams To Achieve Qualitative Targets Specified By The Client
  • Will Be Responsible For Hourly & Daily Performance
  • Will Be Responsible For Client Communication For His Process
  • Need To Ensure Low Performers Are Motivated, To Get The Required Revenue From Them
  • Ensure Prompt & Accurate Service & Achievement Of Target
  • To Identify Training/Coaching Needs Of Team Members And Provide The Same To The Manager
  • Should Have Good Knowledge Of MS Excel
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Team Handling Skills

Preferred candidate profile

  • To screen all the new and existing Banks account and card holders along with their added beneficiaries to get screened with all International sanction list, Pep List, Adverse media and enforcement to ensure that none of the bank customers are neither Sanctions watchlist nor dealing with any individual who liked in sanction database.
  • Complete team management - Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report and share with the client and internal Management team and represent it on weekly dashboard call.
  • should take the calls with clients on weekly basis and whenever its required.
  • Mange the shrinkage, prepare PIMS (Performance incentive management system) and share with the team in one on one meeting.
  • Good knowledge of CIP (Customer identification program), Customer Name Screening, Anti money laundering, KYC and Due diligence.
  • Perform comprehensive searches on applications like - Firco Trust, Mantas, TPX, World-Check, Lexis Nexis, Accuity World-Compliance and internal Banks application to identify Politically Exposed Persons, Negative News Events and Sanctions persons and Organization.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, IF function & Formulas etc.
