Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed.
- Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and system changes.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in chat support.
- Excellent typing speed and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts
