He/she should be well versed about Collateral underwriting. For the first 9-10 months, they would be Depute to Kurla for handling Co-lending activities. Post that they will move back to CPU credit (Mortgages) or will be on and off depending on Co-lending volumes Qualifications Graduate/Post graduate preferred,
