Job Description
Position Details Position " Manufacturing Engineering " ( Manager L7M ) Responsibilities & Key Deliverables> Capacity Ramp up planning and execution
> Identifying issues and prove out of the line
> Meeting the target timelines
> Exploring and implementing new ways to automate process
> Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency
> Budget estimation
> Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization
> Collaborating with other business units Job Requirements Experience (years) 16 to 20 Years Industry Preferred Automotive / EV Drive Trains Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer Personality Traits Competencies > Working Knowledge in over all Motor Line
> Working knowledge in EV Drive train
> Working knowledge of cycle time planning by MOST analysis
> Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application
> Working knowledge of TPM
>Working Knowledge in logistics planning
> Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel General Requirements > Experience with project management
> Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
> Creative thinking skills
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job > SOR preparation
> Quote in depth understanding and detailing
> Process Flow design of Motor and Transmission Lines
> Process Layout design
> Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements
> Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity
