Salary: 3 LPA 7 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates based on current CTC)

Job Purpose:

To recruit and manage Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs) and drive life and non-life insurance business growth.

---

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Insurance Managers/IMFs as per business plans.

• Activate and ensure the performance of Insurance Managers (IMs) on a monthly basis.

• Monitor and maintain productivity levels of active advisors as per organizational benchmarks.

• Mentor agents through the agency career path from Trainee Advisor (TA) to Senior Advisor (SA) and Agency Officer (AO).

• Acquire new customers and generate revenue across life and non-life insurance verticals.

• Conduct daily joint calls with team members and ensure consistent field engagement.

• Organize and attend all training programs and business meetings as scheduled by management.

• Regularly review performance and progress with reporting managers and agents.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• 2 to 10 years of sales experience (Life Insurance preferred)

• Prior experience in team management is desirable

• Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
