2. Comfortable with basic public speaking on the job site with labours.
3. He/ she is the person responsible for selling flats.
4. Inviting clients to the office and presenting them our project. Also, visiting sites and showing sample flats.
5. Efficient in asking/ answering questions, understanding clients requirements and answering them spontaneously if any difference of opinion occurs.
6. Should be excellent in pursuing clients and developing interest for the project.
7. Suggest clients the appropriate flat according to their need and requirement.
8. Deep understanding of our project, plans, schemes and Brochures.
9. Attending calls and solving queries. Convert them into potential clients.
