The company offers civil/structural engineering services including structural design, concrete reinforcement detailing, structural steel detailing, BIM services, and pre-construction CAD services. Paradigm focuses on providing technical expertise, fostering a culture of innovation, and developing systems to continuously improve client support. Role Description This is a full-time employment for a Junior Engineer (Civil Structural) at Paradigm IT Private Limited. We are currently seeking Diploma/BTech/MTech candidates to join us in the role of Probationary Engineer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the civil graduates to gain valuable experience and contribute to meaningful projects in the civil engineering field. Duties and Responsibilities Junior Engineer To do the assigned work of drafting/designing/modelling/checking, thoroughly understanding the structure, in the best quality possible, within the time frame specified, with all necessary documentation as per the client's and ISO requirements, as a team member while adhering to company policies that may change from time to time, and maintaining the confidentiality of items agreed upon while joining. To help/guide other team members in executing the task assigned. Communicate with client when assigned by TL or in emergency situation.
