Job Description
We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client in Hospitality & Tourism sector. Our client is is a part of the USD 20.7 billion multinational group. Designation : Junior NodeJs Developer
Experience : Min 2 years experience in node.js, express.js, and Mongo db backend experience
We are looking for a Junior NodeJS Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic with microservices.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Write clean, well-designed code
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable node.js microservices.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of the advance Nodejs, Javascript concepts.
- Must have worked on one of the Node js web frameworks, such as Express.js, koa.js or similar.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and functional programming.
- Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP base APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases like mysql, mongodb, elastic search and their declarative query languages.
- Must have a good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of api caching mechanisms with redis or similar technologies.
- Must have worked with version control tools, such as Git, SVN.
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services like EC2, S3 etc.
- Preferred to have a working knowledge of dockers and Kubernetes(optional).
