Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote skincare and dermatology products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable derma solutions based on their skin concerns.

Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and ingredients to drive informed purchases.

Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure conversion.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Handle queries, objections, and complaints professionally and empathetically.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information and call notes.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and skin health trends to deliver credible advice.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) for smooth customer experience.

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Prior telesales or call center experience is a plus.

Good understanding or interest in skincare and derma products.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [languages required e.g., English & Hindi].
