Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking candidates who are willing to transfer their cap exempt H1 to our organization.

Candidates with a 221G background are also welcome to apply.

* A minimum of 10+ years of IT experience in any technology.

* Experience working in a highly cross-functional organization.

* Proficiency in Agile project management.

* Scrum Master Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

* Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira is highly desirable.

* PMP certification is highly desirable, though not required.

We are open to accepting candidates with H1 transfers in multiple technologies.

Please note that to qualify for this position you must have your previous unused H1 which is eligible for cap exempt.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong communication skills.

* Willingness to relocate.

* Solid technical background.

* Must be willing to transfer unused H1 to our organization (mandatory).

* Candidates without cap exempt H1 visas need not apply.
