3. Ensuring the agent's productivity and activation.
4. Product Training to agent and agents life cycle management.
5 Brand development by conducting sales campaigns.
6 Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
7 Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis.
