Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Entry-Level Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for a wide range of roles across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Job Posting and Advertising: Post job openings on relevant platforms, ensuring they attract qualified candidates, and manage recruitment marketing efforts to promote open roles. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer. Recruitment Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and managing the overall recruitment timeline to ensure timely hiring decisions. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, status updates, and feedback in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS). Market Research: Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process and enhance sourcing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
