Job Description
Responsibilities and tasksHandling New branch rollout project (End to end coordination with all the stakeholders and to ensure smooth cash live within TAT)Coordinate with various teams including INM/TSG/HCMfor timely launch of branch
Tracking of hiring for new branches.
Operational Risk Management Spoc for region.
Error reporting and monitoring for region.
Handling INM issues for existing branches.
Handling TSG issues/Projects for existing branches.
Collating Branch Master/MIS as and when required.
Tracking and monitoring open Operational Risk points/open Audit points.
Tracking of BCP status for the branches to ensure all branches complete the same as per the BCP schedule date.
Checking and Monitoring pending Regulatory notices received at branches for Region to ensure closure is done by branch without any delay
Nodal Manager for SLBC (State Level Bankers Committee) . Co-ordinating with Bank In-house SLBC team for getting the quarterly data on Annual credit plan, Mudra Scheme and Social Security Scheme and providing the same to LDM (Lead District Manager). Attending meeting with District collector and LDM to review the above data. Acting as a Nodal Manager - SLBC
Handling various other new projects.
Branch closure monitoring and coordinating with CST centrally
Liaising with RBI for local cash offload arrangement to save cost.
Liaising with Local CIT Vendor for local cash offload arrangement to save cost. Cash management for region.
Daily involvement with GSMC & Network Team for link and outage issues for the existing branches in the region, Initiatives in Process Changes Improvements Standardization Automations for reducing Infra and Technology issues & Regulatory risks.
Helping INM and TSG with local support required for Various Regional Projects and Branch roll out.
Thematic Audits on behalf of RSDL
Quality Initiative / Service Initiative / Cost rationalisation Initiative
Business Compliance Closure co-ordination with various stake holders
