- Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Microservices and Java Webservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality Microservices and Java Webservices to support our product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Engage in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of applications. Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Microservices and Java Webservices. Have experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Show commitment to continuous professional development.
