Requirement of Role :
1.Their responsibilities include regularly interacting with clients to address their issues, and respond to inquiries, in order to maintain solid consumer relationships.
2.Should have experience in BFSI.
3.Should have experience in handling walk-in customer.
4.Good English (talking and writing).
5.Preferably graduate.
6.Male or female both ok, female preferable.
7.Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary
