Communication and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in interface of SAP , p-first system, MS Excel Assist team to complete time bound sourcing activities. Documentation and storage for retrieval in future. Engage with suppliers/service providers and keep track of phase wise completion of activities. Highlight issues to team in case of non-adherence of time line or laid down process steps. Key Competencies Needed Multitasking and quick response time. Able to work in high demanding environment. Hands on experience on Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint Basic knowledge of imports / Exports /Purchase and vendor engagement is a plus.
