Job Description
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
- At least 5 to 8 years hands-on programming experience
- Proficient in using standard C++ development IDE e.g. VC++, IBM Visual Age C++, Borland C++, Object oriented programming
- Experience in using standard Delphi development IDE e.g. Borland Delphi 7, Embarcadero Delphi 10 would be an added advantage
- Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT
- Mandatory to have prior work experience in SQL/MS SQL
- You must be conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies
- Solid analytical skills for solution oriented approaches during the bug-fixing process
- As a C++ developer and Delphi developer, you will understand, analyze and implement the requirements
- Create world class products using your knowledge in C++/Delphi Framework and Libraries, OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns
- Design, development and testing of new features in the applications
- Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
- Bug-fixing of existing functionality
- Participate as a team member in agile deliveries
- Comfortable working in an international environment with a multicultural team
- Exhibit excellent team spirit with very good communication skills
