Scheduling experience is must for RTA

Employees login and logout shift details tracking
Ensures his/her team works towards common goals
Maintains Teams KPI & share feedback
Drive Team towards adherence to SOPs
Ensures constructive feedback is given to
Drives team to create dashboards & automated reports
Accomplish assigned tasks on time
Compile and send out Qualitative reports/Dashboards
Focus on Timeliness & High Accuracy levels
Manage Internal stakeholders and clients
Well verse with scheduling/planning/WFM skills
