What Youll Do You will be joining the Media Management Team, where innovation meets efficiency. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using C++. Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient database interactions. Global collaboration: Our talent pool spans across India and the US, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives. Who You Are Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years experience in C++ and SQL. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server preferred. Own and deliver complete features across the development lifecycle, including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, shipping, and servicing. Write and review clean, well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability. Debugging and handling of complex customer reported issues that span across multiple services. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to standard processes. Drive the architectural vision and design of complex software systems. Be committed to delivering the best experience for our customers. Establish and promote coding standards within the engineering team. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Develop a collaborative and innovative engineering culture within the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex technical challenges. Experience in storage domain preferred. Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
