Responsibilities * Overall ownership for the GCC Service Line, including P&L and overall profitability Working with leadership to define and execute our global GCC strategy, ensuring it is future ready Be the primary liaison to clients, ensuring deals are profitability and that we drive high CSRs Lead a cross functional team to set up GCCs with clients, ensuring delivery is excellent Ensure strong working relationships between clients and our teams Drive continuous development,
