Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Data-Tech-AI Consultant In this role, you will execute the accounting tasks and processes assigned as part of the transformation projects with our client, ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges Design and implement solutions that enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspects Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations Assist the technical/automation team to automate the testing process Understand basic accounting concepts Conduct product testing and gather users feedback to make product improvements and iterate on the product roadmap. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUPs, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc. Understand the tasks that are assigned and share the output with the checker/reviewer and work on the feedback Contribute Process improvement ideas Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in hedge fund operations, with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms used in hedge fund operations. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or technical certifications) are a plus.
