We are inviting applications for the role of Manager Fixed Assets We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements and Reporting. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fixed Assets Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and accounting for the company's fixed assets, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the asset management processes. Responsibilities: 1. Asset Management: - Maintain the fixed assets register, ensuring all asset additions, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded. 2. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports, including depreciation schedules. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) in the reporting of fixed assets. 3 . Capitalization And Depreciation Review and process capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, ensuring they meet capitalization criteria. Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets, updating the fixed asset register accordingly. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to fixed asset management. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Preferred qualifications IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops Chartered Accountants (CAs) will be more preferred. Good Written & Verbal Communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
