Key Responsibilities:

1. Intelligent and analytically generate customer requirement using psychological and technical tools.
2. Developing and configuring clients requirement via digital or any other such medium available. .
3. Identifying new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
4. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to spread awareness about Products and services.
5. Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their preferences, and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Analysis of Customer Sentiments and Configuring Customer Requirements.

Required Skills:

1. 01-02 years of Proven experience in Hospitality / Real Estate / Investment Banking and Event Management Industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Any Customer analysis and research tool.
6. Business visualiser tool like tablaue.
7. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
8. Patient and Respectful Client Handling.
