Job Title : Transformation Analytics and Business Insights Leader
The Analytics and Business Insights Leader will report to the VP of Transformation at HCL Technologies. This role serves as the global leader for Analytics and Business Insights for a large scale commercial Digital Process Outsourcing account. This leader will engage closely with the clients Global Operations and Process leadership and the HCL Service Delivery Operations and Transformation Centers of Excellence to apply industry leading Analytics approaches. They will lead the identification and execution of the Analytics and Business insights that will drive significant business value impact for the customer and achieve the contractual commitments for the account.
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the definition and implementation the client aligned Analytics and Business Insights roadmap to deliver targeted business benefit outcomes.
- Lead Analytics and Business Insights development across process areas from Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Sales Support, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and HRO.
- Develop and apply domain use cases to identify insights that will drive significant business value.
- Drives business insights from data analysis, provides actionable reporting including recommendation improvement opportunities and tracking impact of implemented process improvements.
- Provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and applications GBS.
- Seeks opportunities for advanced analytics and continually strives to embed data and analytics in business processes and leverage analytics as a motivation for high quality data.
- Consults with Client and HCL Operations leadership on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data sets
- Provide analysis of transaction and data and deliver insights on opportunities for continuous improvement as well as tracking the impact of process improvements.
- In consultation with the client and service delivery teams, support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement programs to drive better business outcomes.
- Collaborate with HCL Transformation COE and client IT on system implementation/enhancement initiatives to identify additional insights from new solutions and platforms
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities working in a matrixed environment.
- Drives performance reporting functionality and insights to empower key business decisions.
- In collaboration with client Global Process Leads and HCL Operations leaders develop measurement and reporting mechanisms for appropriate operational and financial metrics (KPIs, SLA's, etc.) to be tracked and measured.
- Designs, builds and maintains automated reporting and dashboards to track business performance metrics
Key Skills and Competencies :
- The successful candidate will ideally have experience in executive level reporting, complex data mining and business insight analysis as well as data visualization.
- Ideally the candidate will have experience innovating and creating new tools and solutions to solve business problems.

Experience/Training :
- 15+ years experience in building & leading end to end program on business analytics
- Demonstrated experience with progressive responsibility in roles focused on driving service excellence through the application of analytics.
- Significant experience working with Shared Service/GBS functions including deep experience with global process and systems analytics
- Strong technical experience with reporting systems and efficient data pipeline architecture
- Demonstrated experience successfully using data to support change in complex organizations
- Experience in managing and working in a highly matrix environment across many different businesses and IT leadership.
- Self-motivated with a process improvement mindset and the ability to understand the big picture, but also break that down into smaller actionable steps.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
