Summary of Description-
We are looking for an experience leader to head the analytics division including the P&L management and growth, thought leadership and client management. The objective is to build, deliver and bring up new solutions using best of the breed products and internal capabilities including Data science, business intelligence, could technologies, Natural language processing etc.
We're looking for someone who has lead teams with key ingredients such as data management frameworks and best practices to define the enterprise data strategy. The role requires strong knowledge of Data science, experience in implementation of robust data and information frameworks, big data environments, and data management solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and Build a strong team of Data Science, Data Engineers handling business intelligence, voice analytics, natural language processing and other key ingredients of the and state of art Analytics. Architects for handling the Data Architecture to handle Analytics and Reporting requirements for large Enterprise Customer.
- Thought leadership required for new unified solutions and thought process to keep up with the industry which include a combination of all capabilities mentioned in the above point. Author Thought Leadership Papers and Case Studies
- Influence, Manage and Lead the new pursuits pertaining to Data analytics and lead
- Work and collaborate with Sales and Pre Sales teams to Propose Solutions for prospective customers. Lead Due Diligence of required new pursuits.
- Responsible to lead the P&L of the Analytics Practice.
- Collaborate with different existing Business teams and Clients for forming unified solutions to solve business problems.
- Proactively evaluate, capture, and translate complex business questions into a structured analytical and data plan and workable projects.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in data science data management, engineering, data governance and platform based BI. Ability to handle end to end aspects of Large Analytics Transformation Projects.
- Experience in developing and deploying complex data science projects.
- Experience in building cloud based Data lake and Data Warehouse from multiple sources of data of large Enterprise Customers.
- Good Understanding and experience implementing unified solutions including large databases, ETL Tools and platform based BI
- Good Understanding and experience leading teams Relational (SQL) Databases and NoSQL Databases (such as MongoDB / Hadoop etc.).
- Good Understanding and experience leading teams and implementing platform based BI tools such as Tableau / Power BI etc.
- Experience in working with Clients, Vendors and various internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of Data Science Toolkits such as R / Python
- Excellent inter personal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled min team of 50+ people skilled in Analytics.
- Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Customer and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Managed projects following both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong Analytical and Quantitative Skills
