Job Description
- Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to build and manage our Less than Container Load (LCL) product offerings, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Person will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, product roadmap, sales strategy, and partner relationship and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the LCL product portfolio, aligning with the company's business objectives and market dynamics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the LCL segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and technology to drive product development initiatives and ensure seamless implementation. Define pricing strategies for LCL services, considering factors such as cost structures, market demand, competitor pricing, and value proposition. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets. Lead strategic partner relationship and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience within the LCL product line. Act as a subject matter expert on LCL logistics, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the LCL segment, and incorporate insights into product strategy and execution Build an integrated end to end LCL product leveraging Delhivery's domestic network, work with product teams to integrate LCL and LTL product It is a 6day working role Requisites: Min 2-3yrs of exp in program management from Tier 1 Institutes ONLY Open to any industry, preferably logistics (freight forwarding) Looking for folks who have exp in Program Management / Category Management / Pricing / Negotiations / P&L mgmt,
