As a Relationship Manager in the Bancassurance Channel, you will be responsible for generating life insurance business by working closely with bank staff of our partner bank branches. You will help customers understand their insurance needs and offer suitable HDFC Life insurance plans, ensuring smooth onboarding and excellent post-sales service.
Drive life insurance sales through the bank branch network assigned.
Build strong relationships with bank branch staff and ensure regular engagement and training.
Identify potential customers among the bank's walk-in clients and existing account holders.
Provide product presentations, explain features & benefits, and offer customized insurance solutions.
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into business.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies during the sales process.
Provide post-sales support including documentation, policy servicing, and renewals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: minimum 6 months in sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services).
Freshers will not be eligible.
