Job Description: As a Field Technical Representative, you will travel to client sites, diagnose issues, install equipment, and provide hands-on training and technical support. Youll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to enhance their experience and ensure successful product use. Key Responsibilities: Travel to client locations for equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely, effective manner. Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand product functions and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment inspections, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with internal teams to identify product improvements and communicate customer feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in field technical support, equipment repair, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of Solar Lights and Solar Roof Top. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues on the spot, and manage travel schedules. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required. Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Solar Industry preferred. Requirements: Must own a bike with a valid driver's license. Must own a smartphone with an active internet connection for GPS functionality and app usage. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
