Operation Manager Job in Divya Staffing

Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for supervision and management of staff,
facilitating interdepartmental communication and allocating tasks and resources as
needed to efficiently and effectively run program operations at the One Stop Center.
Manages the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities adhering to
pertinent regulations. Responsible for information technology, telecommunications, and
security for all programs at the Center.

Operations Manager Responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operations, including human resources, client and public
relations, facilities, and support services including IT & Telecommunications.
Deployment and supervision of federal, state and local programs and grants that
meet and/or exceed funder and donor performance requirements. Monitor
program performance and outcomes.
Coordinates and develops grant reports for Executive Director. May participate in
the preparation of contract and/or grant proposals and other reports provided by
Turning Points to the public and/or funders.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with community
organizations. Represents the organization at various community and/or business
meetings.

Operations Manager Requirements
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,ITI,Engineering
Bachelors degree in operations management or related field.
