Job Description :
1.Recruitment:
* Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful Advisers. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisers.
* Recruit by selling FGI Life Insurance Co. Ltd career opportunity to such prospective advisers.
2.Team Development and Coaching:
* Conduct Regular meetings with all advisers
* Identify weak areas based on these review meetings & take corrective action as also chalk out developmental needs of teams
3.Role :
* Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisers
* Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
4.Key Responsibilities :
* To recruit team of Insurance Advisers as per the corporate strategy
* To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
