Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating new opportunities for selling new tractors through exchange:

• Using price arbitration via out of state broker network
• Using modified nav jeevan kits on Mahindra tractors (e.g MS to PS, dry brake to OIB, centre to side shift etc)

Coordination of below activities for B2C Liquidation:

• Selection & readiness of tractors
• Used tractor mela events / local financier relationship management
• Old tractor enquiry generation & management
• Capability building for dealer personnel

Coordination of below activities for B2B Liquidation:

• Engagement & expansion of broker network (in-state & out of state)
• Encouraging use of app / portal by dealers for B2B liquidation
• Creating & execution of bulk deal opportunities / 1 on 1 deals

Valuation model / pricing guidance

• Seek broker guidance on critical models
• Valuation model feedback for all liquidation cases Systems & processes:
• Provide guidance to dealer personnel on exchange / liquidation related actions in FDW
• Ensure 100% adherence of all exchanges, liquidation & stock in FDW
• Identifying & implementing improvements in FDW to reflect real world scenarios
• Key Behavioural Skills: effective change agent, innovation, execution excellence

• Critical Experience Required (Years & Domain): 3-5 years in Customer Care / used tractors (preferably someone with Mahindra Vishwas Experience)

diploma / degree engineer mechanical, electrical etc

• Key Technical Skills: overall tractor knowledge, data analysis & interpretation
• Key Behavioural Skills: effective change agent, innovation, execution excellence
