Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Quality Lead! In this role, you will be accountable for all the strategic and execution activities related to Quality assurance in US Wealth management processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the wealth domain. Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards. Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights. Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective QA processes are in place. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA for the wealth domain. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency. Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress. Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications we seek in you!
