Job Description
Responsibilities
- R eview test cases and test plans to ensure verification coverage of software requirements.
- Execute test cases and produce verification evidence and reports.
- Develop and review automated test code and scripts.
- Ensure identified bugs are recorded , tracked and verified .
- Be an advocate for our SDLC and ensure that software is verified in compliance with our quality management system and medical device standards.
Require ments
- Experience of automated test development using Python and Selenium.
- Experience of creating test cases from software requirements.
- Detailed k nowledge of different software test ing methodologies and when to apply them.
- Experience of testing REST APIs and Web UIs.
- Comfortable at the Linux command line.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of s oftware verification within a regulated environment, ideally to medical device standards.
- Use of Jama and Jira for requirements management.
- Experience of version control using Git and GitHub.
- Foundation ISEB/ISTQB Certification in Software Testing (or equivalent).
- Bachelors degree or higher in a scientific subject.
