Job Description

Job Title: Software Test Engineer-Automotive Platform

Location : Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Software Test Engineer

Work in a multi-cultural team environment spread across Europe and India
Work in validation of cutting-edge features driving Automotive technology megatrends like Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), High Performance ECUs in Zonal Architecture Car-to-Cloud communications.
Deriving functional and non-functional test specifications and automate the test cases with Python scripts.
Validation of system behavior with End-to-End uses which involves multiple software components across ECUs in the system platform.

Skills:

Must have good knowledge in Linux OS/Android with practical experience in file systems, Network configurations.

Experience in Automotive and Network Security (Testing of Software Platform, Features of ECU, Gateway etc.).

Must have: Cryptography, TLS connections, Network security (TCP/UDP Sockets, Ports, Secure Communication, Network Protocols).
Working experience in Software Update and Security will be an added advantage.
Must have basic working knowledge in Test Automation with Python Robot framework.
Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols like Ethernet SOME-IP.

Good to Have (Optional)

AOSP /ADB experience.

Testing relevant certifications.

Adaptive AUTOSAR experience.

Knowledge of tools like Wireshark and git.

Experience in virtualization.

Knowledge about automotive test process.
