Salesforce Architect - Financial Cloud @ Wildnet Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud based on client requirements.
  
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Design data models, workflows, and integrations using Salesforce tools and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes and deliver FSC solutions to improve business performance.
  
• Customize FSC functionalities like client onboarding, relationship groups, financial goals, and referrals.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-deployment enhancements.
  
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementation.
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and automation tools.
  
• Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.
  
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce FSC Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer are preferred.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the financial domain (Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Experience Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
  
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Hands-on with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
