Job Description
Brand Oversight & Strategy:
- Ensure brand consistency across all divisions and help each entity grow its presence and recognition in the market through focused campaigns and content.
Digital & Social Media Management:
- Regularly update and maintain all websites across divisions.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content as needed to increase engagement and reach.
Marketing Communications:
- Coordinate and create marketing materials, newsletters, announcements, and internal/external communications as required.
- Assist with proposal design, brochures, and branded documents for business development and client- facing use.
Content Creation & Visual Design:
- Create or coordinate the creation of photo/video content that highlights our work and culture.
- Edit and manage media content for internal and public use.
- Oversee brand assets and collaborate with designers/contractors when needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business admin or equivalent is required
- knowledge of website management tools (WordPress or similar)
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools (for basic video/photo editing)
- Ability to conduct market research to better understand customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
