About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, customer facing SSO Engineer with approximately 2+ years of experience to join our growing Technology Consulting team. This is a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and seamless access to our applications and services for our employees and partners. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application development teams to implement and maintain best practices for identity and access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in SSO engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SSO protocols (Microsoft Entra, SAML).
• Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of MFA implementations.
