Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • International Customer service voice process
  • 5 days working, 24*7 Rotational shifts & Rotational offs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Preferred candidate profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required
