Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing software applications. Provide high level analysis related to software design and problems solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and code, often for the complex units/modules/products that meet functional and business requirements on schedule with quality.
• Participate in design and code reviews with other developers.
• Evaluate impact of software performance, and recommend changes to software design team.
• Fix bugs, add enhancements. Perform unit/module testing of software to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
• Assist quality assurance team by providing assistance and support as needed to determine system problems. Collaborate with quality assurance in creation of their test plans and participate in reviews.
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Skills and experience

• Strong object-oriented programming experience. Strong programming experience in C/C++ or Java.
• Strong knowledge on Windows programming, knowledge on Linux/UNIX will be a plus.
• Development experience on virtualization, Exchange, o365 will be a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Has passion for solving complex problems. Working smart and learning quickly.
• Strong sense of quality.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus.
