Job Description

Experience : 15 to 16 years

Industry : FMCG / Manufacturing / QSR

Education : Post Graduate in HR/MBA HR/MSL/MLM

Location : Anywhere in India [ where ever D - Mart has its presence ] Candidate should be ready to relocate

Weekly Off Sunday Week off [ Position has 6 days working ]

Who can apply :

- Good in Leadership skills with having IR, Compliance, Labor Law knowledge

- Strong Knowledge of labor law, regulation and compliance requirement

- Who has Excellent Leadership and Problem-Solving skills

Experience :

- Candidate with minimum 13-15 years of relevant work experience of IR , Compliance, Hire to Retire , Labor Law, Employee Grievances

- Strong background in Industrial Relations, Compliance, and Payroll, with expertise in managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading HR initiatives.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for business

- Responsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process with compensation administration for the organization.

- Responsible for confirmations, transfers, demotions, promotions etc.

- Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.

- Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliances.

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.

- Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes.

- Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is Responsible .

- Work within the performance development and review system to review performance, coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of HR Team to increases HRs capacity and competence to meet current and future Needs.

- Substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations including sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management.
