• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO environment (Voice or Non-Voice)

• Strong understanding of the sales funnel, customer service, and CRM usage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence agents at all levels

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Certification in training/soft skills/sales (optional )
