Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international chat support for International customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings and weekends as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or similar industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English language required; ability to understand diverse accents and dialects an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends; willingness to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- UG/Any Grad/ PG Can apply.
- Fresher and experience can apply.
Salary-
- CTC- 30K
- In-hand-26K
