Job Description
Hiring for Finance Executive role for Gurgaon location; 3rd party pay roll with OYO Company
5 days work model; Location - Sector 69, Gurgaon
Day shifts
Role & responsibilities :
- Coordinating with vendor & suppliers for enrolment and Agreement renewal.
- Exploring various potential vendors option so as to get the best possible deal, values money and quality and looking for the best within the specified budget.
- Negotiating commercials and contractual clauses with the vendors.
- Preparing specifications, comparison and provide necessary assistance in selecting vendor.
- Preparing project /estimate cost sheets.
- Monthly/ Quarterly Provisioning for expenses
- Maintaining Budget/Expense trackers
- Raising Purchase Request and following the request till PO release.
- Placing orders to vendors.
- Processing and tracking vendor invoice and their follow up for payments.
- Invoice Validation.
- Support Business finance, quality & compliance
- Day to day follow up and coordination with different teams to ensure timely flow of payment
