The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• Solutioning IVR application & platform end to end
• Build IVR application framework models.
• AVAYA Orchestration designer-based application, API design & development
• Strong Java development skills

Business

• Good internal personal skills
• Should be able to articulate and communicate well with all stake holders.

Processes

• Prepare application design documents.
• Knowledge of compliance security form Self-service platform perspective. PCI compliance for telephony concepts
• Working knowledge of Code repositories like GIT, SVN, DevOps

People and Talent

• Knowledge of industry best practices for Contact Centre solutions
• Good exposure to contact centre products and solutions.
• Verify and certify the deployment of IVR infrastructure.
• Peer code review
• Good Knowledge in CTI concepts and softphone dependencies for IVR data.
• Knowledge on DevOps, load test tools, JIRA

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.

• Good knowledge on Contact centre solution
• Proficient in Avaya OD & API based design and development
• Working knowledge of Code repositories like GIT, SVN, DevOps
• Knowledge on load test tools, JIRA
• Knowledge of industry best practices for Contact Centre solutions
• Knowledge and working experience on Cloud platforms
• Prepare application design documents
• Preparation and peer review of Unit Test cases
• Peer code review
