Job Description
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in GuidingCare and healthcare IT systems to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT solutions.
- System Expertise: Work with Payor Core Systems (e.g., HealthRules, Facets, QNTX) to improve processes.
- Value-Based Care: Drive improvements in care quality and cost reduction, using Value-Based Care models.
- Agile/Scrum Collaboration: Write user stories and acceptance criteria; work with Agile teams to implement features.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate with clients and teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor team members and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and training.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with Payer Core Systems (e.g., HealthRules, Facets, QNTX).
- Strong understanding of Value-Based Care and Population Health.
- Knowledge of data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, EDI - 834, 837).
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and write user stories.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Leadership experience and ability to train teams and clients.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
