Job Description

Position: Sr. Executive- Finance: CA Fresher

Objectives
Work on statutory audit, tax audit, GST, Income Tax and compliance with Accounting Standards
Treasury and Forex Management
To ensure that the book-keeping including but not limited to general ledgers, accounts payables,
receivables, banking, inter-branch/inter-company reconciliation is done in time for month closing and
for day to day decisions.
Participate in Monthly closure of books of accounts as per guidelines and deadlines
Improving internal control and accuracy for the entries passed and the reports generated
Implement and update accounting systems and processes.
Reconcile revenue statements.
Work on cost control measures

Responsibilities
1. To supervise book-keeping and ensuring all the entries are passed for general ledgers, accounts
payables, receivables, banking, on daily basis
2. Periodic inter-branch/inter-company reconciliations
3. Review of workings relevant to monthly provisions, prepaid workings, unbilled revenue, and
reconciliations for all Bank statements
4. Accounting and closing of US books to prepare monthly P/L statements and Balance Sheets
5. Review and maintain Forward contracts booked with Bankers and ensuring appropriate entries are
passed
6. Review of foreign exchange gain/loss on periodic basis and maintaining workings relevant to forex
loss/gains to recognize in books
7. Daily watch on forex movements, liaison with Bankers and recommending booking of forward contracts
8. Overseeing GST reconciliation statements and coordination with stakeholders to ensure GST credits are
reflected on GST portal
9. Ad-hoc assignments as directed by management
Skillset and specifications
1. Should be Chartered Accountant: Pass out from 2021 or 2022
2. Keen to learn new areas and ready take on additional responsibilities
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Age: 21 to 25
