Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Governance of statutory labour law compliances related to Mobilisation, Execution and Closure of Projects.
• Liaisoning with Statutory/Government authorities
• Handling all Disciplinary matters
• Educating Project Site Administration team on new amendments if any in prevailing labour laws
• Conducting Statutory Compliance Audit
• Preparing and submission of IR MIS reports
• Conducting Training on Compliance of Labour Laws
• Timely disposal of Notices issued by Labour Authorities.
• Negotiating collective bargaining deals between union and management
• Developing labour policies
• Handling grievance procedures
• Creating and revising union contracts

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 10+ years plus of experience
• Diploma/Degree in Management will be more beneficial.
• Familiarity with real estate or construction sector desirable
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
