Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ability to manage employees payroll records.
- Should be able to establish controls to ensure error free & timely payroll deliverables.
- Ability to manage complex payroll groups independently.
- Ability to understand the request from units and share the payroll reports.
- Ability to handle multiple payroll POCs at the same time.
- Should come up with process improvement Ideas resulting in reduction in efforts/ cost/ time.
- Should be able to establish relationship with the internal and external clients- units.
- Managing payroll vendor.
- Managing statutory deliverables such as PF, ESI challangeneration along with TDS filling.
- Year end activities such as Investment proof collection , form 16 generation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area.
- Compliance knowledge regarding organization procedures.
- Absolute understanding of End to end HR Process & Policies.
