Designation: Executive AR Caller/Sr Executive AR Caller.

Work Shift: Night Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Should handle US Healthcare Physicians Billing Accounts Receivable.
2. Sound knowledge in US Healthcare concept.
3. Should have 1 and more Years of AR calling (Voice Process) Experience.
4. Excellent Knowledge on Denial management.
5. Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
6. Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.
7. Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
8. Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
9. Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
